Is our bi-weekly fitness class. The class is designed to increase flexibility and general well-being. All of the exercises can be adjusted to suit your desired intensity, and are suitable for all fitness levels.

TO GET TECHNICAL!
TECHNIque CLASSES with Darcy
This is a basic class ideal for new or novice climbers wanting to improve their technique. The mistake many climbers make is focusing only on their strength. Climbing with good technique will; make you feel stronger on the wall.
This six week class is a great introduction to the basics of climbing. The class will focus on reading routes, footwork and body positioning with the objective of giving participants a solid foundation to build from.
